Yes! Farm Haus Luxury Rental Homes is a pet-friendly community. Our spacious yards and bark park at our townhomes for rent in Northwest San Antonio are perfect for your furry friends! We allow pets with breed and weight restrictions. If you are unsure about your pet’s breed, please contact management for more details on our parameters.

Yes, we offer tours at our townhomes for rent in Northwest San Antonio M-F from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If those times don’t work for you, we offer self-guided tours from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 PM all week that you can schedule on our website! If you have a particular floorplan you would like to explore, you will have the option to visit our model or a vacant/available home.

Applicants are required to earn a minimum of 2.75 times the monthly base rent. Additional factors such as credit, rental history, and background checks are also reviewed.
Yes, all applicants undergo standard credit, criminal, and rental history screenings.
Most applications are processed within 24 to 48 hours after all documentation has been received.

Pricing, Fees & Deposits

We offer both traditional security deposits and flexible deposit alternatives through Jetty. After you complete a quick qualification process, you can choose the option that best fits your budget and move‑in needs. You can review our holding deposit charge by using the “Calculate My Costs” tool on our floorplan tab! Deposit amounts can vary.
Yes, your first month of rent is prorated! Please refer to your Move-In Charges Statement that was previously emailed to you. If you have any questions regarding billing or payment, please email farmhaustx@greystar.com for assistance.
Jetty Deposit is an innovative, hassle-free approach to paying a security deposit. Instead of paying a cash security deposit at the beginning of your lease term, you can opt for Jetty Deposit, which allows you to pay a fraction of the amount—and get back to enjoying your property immediately. You can visit JETTY for further information about the program.
When you apply, Jetty will ask for basic information about your new place and yourself. As part of the application, they also collect your SSN and do a “soft” credit check (which doesn’t impact your credit score!). This will determine an upfront price that won’t change.

At Farm Haus Luxury Rental Homes, we're transparent about pricing and fees. All fees and services are clearly detailed in the Community Fee Guide, including requirements and option add-ons so that you will know exactly what to expect. This is located on our Floorplans page, or we can provide a copy for you when you visit our leasing office!

You will set up your utilities through the providers listed on your utility quote sheet or emailed welcome letter. All payments will be paid directly through them and not to our community.

Pet Policy

Move-in / Move-out

Move‑in dates vary based on availability and the completion of your application. When you apply, we’ll gladly help you choose a move‑in date that fits your timing and makes your transition smooth.

We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required.
